About the Barefoot Photo Gallery

This gallery of photographs shows ordinary people going about their business or in various activities while barefoot. 

The purpose of this gallery:

1) To show that people can and do go barefoot without the “sky falling in,”

2) To inspire and encourage anyone looking for examples of others successfully going barefoot.

Criteria for photos:

1) They show ordinary people going about their lives while barefoot. 

2) The photos must show full or nearly full body shots, or at least feet in some context of activity (i.e., not just photos  of feet).  Subjects may include anyone.
